"The plan developed by the Government currently focuses first on de-occupied, safe and controlled territories, where battles are no longer fought and artillery does not hit. Territories to which Ukrainians return. People want to get back home and we will do everything in our power to support them. The Government's plan includes restoration of critical, social and housing infrastructure. We also talked about what is needed for survival, in particular the preparation for winter," said Oleksii Chernyshov.
Moreover, Oleksii Chernyshov informed that a corresponding trust fund under the management of the World Bank would soon be established.
It should be noted, during the visit to Brussels, where the presentation of the RDNA report on assessment of the damage caused and needs for recovery in Ukraine took place, the Minister for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine Oleksii Chernyshov held a series of meetings aimed to discuss with European partners the support on the way towards the recovery of Ukraine.
