The Head of State noted the unwavering support for Ukraine's territorial integrity and sovereignty from the UN General Assembly.

The President also thanked Dennis Francis for supporting the first Peace Summit and its Joint Communiqué. He emphasized that one of the practical outcomes of the Summit could be a new resolution, which Ukraine will soon submit to the General Assembly, on nuclear safety and the security of Ukraine's nuclear facilities, with an emphasis on the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant.
Volodymyr Zelensky discussed the current situation on the battlefield and the critical state of the energy system due to ongoing Russian attacks on its facilities.
