The enemy deliberately throws fakes about the non-existent order of the head of the Odessa Regional Military District.
The enemyâs Internet resources are replicating fakes about deploying stronghold defense points in schools and medical institutions in Odessa.
This was stated in the press services of the city hall and the Odessa regional military administration.
It is noted that now in some telegram channels that distribute enemy information propaganda, and especially in the Russian media, a fake "document" is being replicated. In particular, an extract allegedly from order No. 101 dated March 16 of the head of the Odessa Regional Police Department Maxim Marchenko on the organization of defense.
The forgery says that in a number of schools, hospitals, etc., it was ordered to organize defensive strongholds in which anti-tank and firing positions of engineering and sapper barriers should be equipped.
"The Odessa Regional Military Administration officially declares that the head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration has not issued or signed a single such order! We publish all orders on our official website and promptly report them on the official Facebook page," the statement said.
It is emphasized that the enemy creates and distributes false information by the forces of its units of information and psychological operations. The purpose of such attempts (creating fake news) is to sow panic and break the resistance of Ukrainians.
In addition, yesterday, the Russian media circulated a statement by the head of the National Center for Defense Control of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mizintsev, who said that in Odessa and Chernihiv, patients were allegedly being urgently discharged from medical institutions, including those in serious condition.
Mizintsev said that "nationalists" are equipping "strongholds and firing points and warehouses of military equipment and ammunition" in social facilities.
