According to the press service of the mayor's office, such restrictions are introduced in order to save electricity.
"In order to save electrical energy, public electric transport in Odessa will not work tomorrow," the message says.
Odessa electric transport also did not run on November 26-27. On Monday, November 28, electric transport entered the routes during the morning rush hours but then went to the depot.
