On Thursday, July 14, the President of the Russian Federation signed a law on "special measures" in the economy during the Russian army's so-called "operations" abroad.

Messages about this appeared on the official Internet portal of legal information of the Russian Federation.

From now on, the Labor Code of the Russian Federation has a provision on attracting employees of "individual organizations" to work overtime, at night, on weekends and on holidays, as well as on changing the procedure for granting holidays.

First of all, we are talking about organizations of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation.

In addition, the Russian government is given the right to reactivate mobilization capacities and facilities and to unbook the material assets of the state reserve.

Earlier, Forbes reported that the explanatory note to the bill refers to the "short-term increased need" for the repair of weapons, military equipment and the provision of logistics, which appeared after the military invasion of Ukraine. Therefore, it is necessary to "temporarily concentrate efforts in certain sectors of the economy" and "reload" defense enterprises.

Recall that the joint efforts of the democratic world are causing more and more harm to the Russian economy. Now Russia is the world leader in terms of the number of sanctions imposed (more than 5,500), ahead of even Iran.
