Residents of 7 regions received 15 tons of humanitarian aid thanks to the cooperation of the Ministry of Social Policy with the Veterans' Affairs NGO and people's deputies of Ukraine.

The Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine Maryna Lazebna said that in two weeks about 15 tons of humanitarian aid in 7 oblasts were received by people from vulnerable categories, residents of settlements near active combat sites, temporarily displaced persons and a military hospital thanks to the Ministry of Social Policy. Veterans' Affairs Association and with the assistance of People's Deputies of Ukraine Anatoliy Ostapenko and Pavlo Pavlish.

In particular, humanitarian aid was received by Odessa, Mykolaiv, Zhytomyr, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi regions, Popasna district of Luhansk region, the city of Kyiv, including the Kyiv Military Hospital. People received food, medicine, clothes, hygiene products, diapers, baby food, blankets.

The Ministry of Social Policy is constantly expanding its network of partners in attracting, processing and delivering humanitarian aid to victims of war. These are foreign and Ukrainian charitable foundations, public organizations, business and citizens.

“Every day new partners join us. I am infinitely grateful to all those who understand that by uniting the opportunities of the state, business, public sector and individuals, strengthening each other, we can do more than each of us alone," said Marina Lazebna.
