Mykolaiv region
During the night, Russian forces attacked Mykolaiv with Shahed-type UAVs, according to rhe head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Kim.
Preliminarily, no casualties were reported.
Air defense forces in the region shot down and suppressed three Shahed-type UAVs and several imitation drones of various types.
“Yesterday, the enemy twice attacked the Ochakiv community with FPV drones. Russian forces also carried out two artillery strikes on the Kutsurub community. As a result of one of the attacks in the village of Dmytrivka, a private house was damaged. No casualties were reported,” Kim added.
Dnipropetrovsk region
The number of people injured in the massive Russian attack on Dnipro has risen to 11, with one person killed. The Acting Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Vladyslav Haivanenko, reported this.
“A woman was killed. Eleven people were injured, six of whom have been hospitalized, including a 13-year-old girl. All those hospitalized are in moderate condition,” he said.
The fire in the Dnipro apartment building has been extinguished. Apartments in two entrances, from the 2nd to the 6th floors, were destroyed, Haivanenko added.
He also noted that infrastructure in the city was damaged.
Kirovohrad region
During the massive attack on the morning of November 8, Russian forces shelled critical infrastructure in the Kirovohrad region, causing a fire. The head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, Andrii Raikovych, reported this.
“Another massive enemy attack. The target was critical infrastructure, including in the Oleksandriia district,” Raikovych wrote.
According to him, there were no casualties as a result of the attack.
Donetsk region
On November 7, Russian invaders killed two civilians and injured three others in Donetsk region. The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, reported this.
He said the deaths occurred in Dobropillia and Kostiantynivka. Filashkin emphasized that the total number of victims of Russian attacks in Donetsk region — 3,727 killed and 8,432 injured — does not include data from Mariupol and Volnovakha.
Poltava region
In Poltava region, Russian forces attacked energy infrastructure facilities, leaving the Kremenchuk community without electricity and water supply and partially without heating, according to the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Volodymyr Kohut.
“Last night, the enemy launched a massive strike on Poltava region, targeting energy infrastructure facilities. One person was injured and is receiving the necessary medical assistance,” Kohut wrote.
According to him, special emergency power outage schedules have been introduced across the region. In the Kremenchuk community, electricity, water supply, and, in some areas, heating are currently unavailable. Water delivery for residents will be organized in the near future.
Electric public transport in the city has been suspended, and additional buses have been deployed to maintain transportation routes.
‘Points of Invincibility’ are being set up, and an operational coordination headquarters has been organized. All emergency services are currently working to eliminate the consequences of the attack and restore electricity, water, and heating supply.
Kherson region
In Kherson region, two people were killed and ten others injured over the past day, as reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
According to him, Russian forces attacked the Kherson region with drones, carried out airstrikes, and shelled it with artillery. The city of Kherson and 21 other settlements in the region came under fire.
Russian troops targeted critical and social infrastructure as well as residential areas. In particular, five apartment buildings and nine private houses were damaged.
Zaporizhzhia region
Over the past day, the Russian forces carried out 826 attacks on 21 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region. Three people were killed and six others injured as a result of Russian strikes on the Zaporizhzhia, Vasylivka, and Polohy districts, as reported by Ivan Fedorov, Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
According to him, Russian forces launched 15 airstrikes on Zaliznychne, Rivnopillia, Yabukove, Chervone, Novoandriivka, and Preobrazhenka.
A total of 560 UAVs of various types (mostly FPV drones) attacked Yurkivka, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Shcherbaky, Novodanilivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Novomykolaivka, Novouspenivka, Nove, and Zelene.
There were six MLRS attacks on Orikhiv, Novomykolaivka, Novouspenivka, and Novodanilivka, and 245 artillery strikes were recorded across Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Huliaipole, Orikhiv, Shcherbaky, Novodanilivka, Novoandriivka, Novomykolaivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Novouspenivka, and other settlements.
