Due to a Russian attack on the Odessa region, a substation was damaged, and as of the morning, 90,000 consumers remain without electricity.

This was reported by the DTEK Group on Telegram.

"Last night, Russia struck a DTEK substation in the Odessa region. This is already the 20th substation to sustain significant damage in the region. Another facility belonging to a different energy company was also hit," the report states.

Energy workers have already restored power to 40,000 consumers through backup systems, while another 90,000 remain temporarily without electricity.

The head of the Odessa regional military administration, Oleh Kiper, previously reported that the Russian forces carried out a massive attack on the Odesa district with strike drones.
