The head of the Kherson City Administration, Roman Mrochko, reported that Russian forces struck the Central District of Kherson from the occupied left bank of the Dnieper River.
According to him, a multi-story building was hit. A woman died, and three people were injured.
Later, the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, announced that the number of casualties had increased to five people.
The head of the press office of the Kherson Regional Administration, Olexandra Tolokonnikova, said that seven people were injured. According to the head of the regional administration, Olexander Prokudin, Russian forces also struck two hospitals in Kherson. The buildings are damaged, but there are no casualties or injuries reported.
