Kherson region
In the Kherson region, Russian forces struck critical and social infrastructure, injuring 12 people, including two children.
According to Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, who reported the attacks on Telegram, yesterday enemy drone attacks, airstrikes, and artillery shelling targeted numerous settlements, including Antonivka, Komyshany, Prydniprovsk, Sadove, Chornobaivka, Bilozerka, Veletenske, Dniprovske, Kizomys, Novodmytrivka, Nadiivka, Tomyna Balka, Rozlyv, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Sofiivka, Ivanivka, Novotyahynka, Beryslav, Urozhayne, Sadok, Nova Kuban, Bezvodne, Bilousove, Novooleksandrivka, Zolota Balka, Novoraisk, Chervonyi Maiak, Blakytne, Novovorontsovka, Osokorivka, Pervomaiske, Nova Shestirnya, Burhunka, Olhivka, Virivka, Odradokamianka, Dudchany, Mykilske, Sablukivka, Novokairy, Vesele, and the city of Kherson.
Russian troops hit residential areas, damaging four apartment buildings and nine private houses. They also destroyed an administrative building, a church, a cellular tower, and private vehicles.
As a result of the attacks, 12 people were injured, including 2 children.
Dnipropetrovsk region
The Russian forces struck Dnipro with a missile, hitting an industrial enterprise, as reported by Vladyslav Haivanenko, acting head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
“The enemy attacked Dnipro with a missile, targeting an enterprise. There are no casualties or injuries,” he wrote.
Also, Russian drones hit the Pokrovska and Mykolaivska communities in Synelnykove district, causing fires and damaging infrastructure and private homes. People are safe.
In the Nikopol community, the Russian army attacked with FPV drones and artillery, affecting the district center as well as the Marganetska, Pokrovska, and Myrivska communities. There were no casualties.
Defenders shot down 22 drones over the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Sumy region
Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces carried out 29 strikes on 24 settlements across the Sumy region, killing one man. According to the National Police of Ukraine, the attacks involved aerial bombs, drones, artillery, mortars, and grenade launchers.

Vinnytsya region
A Russian missile strike on the city of Ladyzhyn in the Vinnytsia region left the city without heat and water. According to City Council Secretary Oleksandr Kolomiiets, preparations are underway to launch an alternative heating and water supply system.
Kindergartens in the city are closed today, and assessment teams will begin inspecting the damage once the air raid alert is lifted. Residents of the most affected buildings will be temporarily relocated.
Electricity restoration will also begin after the all-clear signal.
Donetsk region
Russian forces killed two people and injured seven others in the Donetsk region on October 29. According to Donetsk Regional Military Administration head Vadym Filashkin, the fatalities occurred in Druzhkivka and Kryvorizhzhia.
Filashkin emphasized that the total number of Russian victims in Donetsk (3,706 dead and 8,385 injured) does not include casualties from Mariupol and Volnovakha.
Kyiv region
Overnight in Boryspil, a two-story private residential house caught fire due to a drone strike. A woman was injured and hospitalized with multiple injuries.
The fire partially destroyed the house and damaged a car. Rescuers brought the blaze under control.
