Ukrainian gymnasts secured the "gold" in the team all-around at Euro 2024.
This was reported by the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine and the national Olympic team of Ukraine.
The European Championships in artistic gymnastics among men concluded in Rimini, Italy. On the final day of the competition, the medalists in the team all-around were determined.
The Ukrainian team, consisting of Illia Kovtun, Oleg Verniaiev, Nazar Chepurnyi, Igor Radivilov, and Radomyr Stelmakh, scored 255.762 points and became champions in the team all-around for the second time in their history.
The second place went to gymnasts from Great Britain (255.429 points), while representatives of Italy took the bronze medal (252.560 points).
The last time the Ukrainian team stepped onto the podium of the continental championship was in 2020 when, like today, our gymnasts claimed victory.
