Ukrainian unmanned aerial systems specialist Skyeton has teamed up with British defense leader Prevail Partners to create a new joint venture, marking a significant step forward in strengthening defense cooperation between Ukraine and the UK.

This collaboration aligns with the shared vision of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer to enhance defense capabilities by leveraging innovative, cost-effective, and rapidly deployable technologies.

At the heart of the partnership is Skyeton’s proven Raybird system — a versatile unmanned aerial complex that has already logged over 350,000 combat hours in Ukraine. Renowned for its exceptional reliability and low loss rate, Raybird outperforms its class competitors in endurance, range, cost efficiency, and operational coverage, according to Prevail Partners.

Pavlo Shevchuk, International CEO of Skyeton, highlighted the system’s battlefield success and the benefits of the new alliance.

“Raybird has been incredibly effective in the most challenging conditions on the Ukrainian battlefield. By forming an alliance with a reputable British company that brings expertise in platform integration and deployment of unmanned systems, we expect the utility of our unmanned aerial system to grow globally and exponentially.”

This venture builds on Skyeton’s expanding international footprint. The company previously signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Danish firm Quadsat to develop electromagnetic surveillance technologies. Additionally, Raybird drones are now being manufactured in Slovakia, further extending Skyeton’s global reach.
