"We are outraged by the inhuman statements of the permanent Russian representative and his attempts to put into perspective what is not negotiable," the message says.

Because of these statements, the Austrian Foreign Ministry called the so-called Russian diplomat "on the carpet."

"We stand for freedom of speech. But we must also take a firm stand against such provocative statements. Therefore, Russian Ambassador Mikhail Ulyanov was summoned to the Foreign Ministry on Sunday," the report says.

Earlier, on Ulyanov's Twitter page, a response appeared to the presidency of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, about a new military aid package from the United States of America. The ambassador wrote, "No mercy for the Ukrainian population."

After a wave of criticism, Ulyanov deleted his post, but it remained in the social media web archive.

This is not the first outrageous statement by Russian diplomats directly calling for the murder of Ukrainians. So, earlier, the Russian Embassy in the UK called for the execution of captured fighters of the Azov regiment by hanging. Labor MP Chris Bryant demanded that the embassy be expelled from the country for this statement.
