The Defense Forces are conducting search-and-assault operations and eliminating Russian forces within the urban areas of Pokrovsk.
This was reported by the “East” military grouping on Facebook.
In Myrnohrad, Ukrainian units are holding defensive lines and eliminating the Russian forces on the approaches to the city.
Additional logistical routes to Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad are being organized to ensure uninterrupted supply of everything necessary for Ukrainian units.
Over the past day, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine in the area of responsibility of the “East” command repelled 82 assaults by Russian forces.
In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian defenders stopped 45 assault actions by the aggressor toward Novo Shakhove, Novopavlivka, and in the areas of Hryshyne, Chervonyi Lyman, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, and Dachne.
Over the past day in the Pokrovsk sector, 110 Russian personnel were neutralized, 83 of them irreversibly. Ukrainian forces also destroyed seven vehicles and special equipment, a motorcycle, 26 UAVs, as well as striking an artillery system and 12 shelters used by Russian personnel.
Overall, in the area of responsibility of the “East” command, the Russian forces continues to suffer the heaviest losses — 431 Russian personnel over the past day.
A total of 983 UAVs of various types and 66 units of other weapons and equipment were destroyed, including one tank.
During the day, the Defense Forces struck 46 Russian UAV crews.
Rocket and artillery units carried out 1,094 fire missions.
