With previous updates to Death From Above, players gained the ability to play as a drone operator, as well as Crimean Tatar localization. The music for the game was created by the bands "Antytila" and Surface Tension.

Death From Above is a short single-player arcade game where the player controls a drone amidst the Russian invasion of Ukraine. They take on the role of a Ukrainian military drone operator who fights against the occupiers, retrieves valuable equipment, and restores communication lines destroyed during combat.

"It's a self-funded sandbox arcade game developed by a small team aiming to raise funds for Ukrainian charities. In order for Ukraine to receive this help as quickly as possible, we offer a short but captivating experience around which we want to build a community," say the developers of Death From Above.
