On Tuesday, March 22, the Russian occupiers fired five missiles from the Black Sea towards Odessa.
None of them hit the target. This was announced by the officer of the operational command "South" Vladislav Nazarov.
He added that the Russian army is trying to put psychological pressure on civilians and shell the coast.
"As of March 23, the situation in the city and region is stable and under control. The enemy continues to exert psychological pressure on the civilian population of Odessa region," Nazarov said.
