Enemies detained Russian mobilized, who refused to fight and are holding them at one of the enterprises in the Lugansk region.
This was announced by the chairman of the Luhansk regional military administration Sergei Gaidai.
âAt one of the enterprises in Kremennaya, they hold âmobilizedâ who refused to fight. As it became known from open sources, just in one 488th motorized rifle regiment, about 70% of those mobilized upon arrival at the forefront refused to fight. Some ran away, the rest are kept under guard, and they try to return them to the ranks under psychological pressure and send them to the attack," Gaidai said.
He also said that the occupiers de-energized the Lugansk region's settlements so that people left their homes. This practice is observed in the north of the region.
