Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation have blocked the supply channel for components that can be used to manufacture the Russian tactical missile system. Illegal supplies were produced by an enterprise that belonged to the "sanctioned" oligarch of Russia Oleg Deripaska.
The Bureau continues to take steps to identify and stop subversive activities in Ukraine by Russian financial and industrial groups.
During a pre-trial investigation into the abuse of office, Bureau investigators found that the Glukhov Quartzite Quarry, owned by a Russian oligarch's offshore company, was illegally mining high-purity quartzite, silicon and other minerals at the Banitsky deposit in Sumy Oblast.
Products were illegally exported to Russia. According to operative information, silicon could be used by the aggressor during the production of missiles, which were then struck at peaceful cities of Ukraine.
As a result of joint actions of the Bureau and the Office of the Prosecutor General, measures were taken to seize the corporate rights of Oleg Deripaska's company, land plots, other property (tractors, vehicles) and prepared a petition.
Currently, the property has been transferred to the management of the National Agency for Detection, Investigation and Asset Management. Investigative actions are underway.
