According to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Russian troops don't refuse to attack on Kyiv. In the direction of Brovary, the invader operates with forces of up to three brigades.

These people gave their lives for us, our freedom, and our peace. They sacrificed themselves in the name of freedom. The least we can do now is respect their memory and take care of their families. Whatever the government does, we, the people, must show initiative and support now
