On October 29, 2023, at 4:00 AM Kyiv time, the daylight saving time ends, and the clock is set back by one hour.
The transition between winter and summer time is in accordance with the government resolution 'On the Procedure for Calculating Time in the Territory of Ukraine.'
Thus, every year, on the last Sunday of March, the clock is set forward by one hour at 3:00 AM, and on the last Sunday of October, the clock is set back by one hour at 4:00 AM.
