Ukrainian-language audio guides have been launched in Belgium and Germany. This was stated by Ukraine’s First Lady Olena Zelenska.
In particular, an audio guide has been launched at the Museum of Ancient Art, the Fin-de-Siècle Museum, and the René Magritte Museum, all part of the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium – a complex of museums in Brussels housing a large collection of paintings and sculptures.
“The exhibits in Belgian museums will become more accessible to Ukrainian visitors as they now speak Ukrainian through our audio guide,” said the President’s wife.
Another guide was introduced at the Barberini Museum (Potsdam, Germany), which is renowned for its collection of landscape paintings by world-famous Impressionists and Post-Impressionists, including 34 works by Claude Monet. The project was realized by the Embassy of Ukraine in Germany in collaboration with the Ukrainian Institute.
“We continue to speak to the world through the language of art. Let it be understandable and foster mutual understanding among the free nations of the world,” emphasized Olena Zelenska.
In total, as part of the First Lady’s initiative to promote Ukrainian in global landmarks, 89 audio guides have been launched in 47 countries.
