PeopleForce positions itself as a leader in the HR tech space, with over 1,300 clients in 30+ countries and more than 100,000 active users. The new investment is the result of an 80% increase in ARR in 2024, driven by the platform’s ability to offer adaptive, scalable HR solutions that grow with businesses.

The funding will help PeopleForce strengthen its presence in Poland and Latin America, two key regions with active markets. The HR platform is used by leading players in the Ukrainian market, including GoIT, Tickets.ua, Kasta, Room8 Studio, N-iX, as well as TestDevLabs, Paysera, and Ajax Systems worldwide.

"In the past year, we achieved 2.5x ARR growth in Poland and Latin American countries. Thanks to the investment, we plan to scale local GTM teams and enhance HR process automation based on regional specifics, which will help our clients achieve better results," said PeopleForce co-CEO Mykola Mykhailov.

The funds raised will be directed towards the following areas:

  • Expanding GTM and support teams in Poland, Mexico, and Colombia

  • Launching localized automation features to comply with legal standards and cultural specifics of the regions

  • Investing in AI-driven analytics and integrations

  • Strengthening support for the growing base of corporate clients through improved onboarding and service
