The first deputy minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine, Emine Dzheppar, has become the permanent representative of our country to international organizations in Vienna.
This was reported by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky.
"To appoint Dzheppar Emine Ayarivna as the permanent representative of Ukraine to international organizations in Vienna," the decree states.
It is worth noting that Emine Dzheppar graduated with honors from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2006, specializing in International Relations.
From 2008 to 2010, she held the position of attaché for social and humanitarian issues at the Department of Cultural and Humanitarian Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
From 2011 to 2015, she worked in Ukrainian media.
From 2015 to 2016, she served as an adviser to the Minister of Information Policy on Crimea-related matters.
From 2016 to 2019, she was the first deputy minister of information policy of Ukraine.
In June 2020, Dzheppar was appointed the first deputy minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine.
Also, in 2020, by the decree of the president, Dzheppar was appointed as the head of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO.
