The Head of the Office of the President, Kyrylo Budanov, stated that during the negotiations in Paris on achieving peace for Ukraine, concrete results have already been achieved and assured that national interests will be protected.
"We continue important negotiations in Paris to achieve sustainable peace and reliable security guarantees for our country. Not all information can be made public, but concrete results already exist, and work is ongoing," he wrote on Telegram on Wednesday.
"Ukrainian national interests will be protected," he emphasized.
According to President Volodymyr Zelensky, on January 7 in Paris, the negotiation teams are working on security guarantees and a basic framework to end the war. From Ukraine, the team includes Head of the Office Kyrylo Budanov, NSDC Secretary Rustem Umerov, General Andriy Hnatov, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Serhiy Kyslytsia, and Presidential Office Advisor Oleksandr Bevz. The delegation also includes the leader of the "Servant of the People" faction in the Verkhovna Rada, David Arakhamia.
