On October 9 and 10, the Odessa Museum of Modern Art will host the Linoleum Contemporary Animation and Media Art Festival in Odessa. Odessans will enjoy shows of the best international and Ukrainian animation.
Modern hits that have conquered dozens of world festivals will be displayed on the museum walls. Free admission.
Also, within the framework of the festival, there will be a lecture by the curator of Visual Arts at Projector - Creative & Tech Online Institute Oleg Malamuzh, co-directed by the animated feature films "Mavka", "The Stolen Princess", "Roksolana". Oleg will tell you how to start an animation and make your dreams come true, and hold a quick drawing workshop for everyone.

LINOLEUM International Contemporary Animation and Media Art Festival is the biggest showcase of short independent animation in Ukraine. Launched in 2014 in Kyiv each year, the festival screens around 250 films worldwide, offers workshops and lectures held by the field's best players, and a special program for children. LINOLEUM aims to support animation artists and promote Ukrainian animation worldwide and encourage and celebrate creativity among animators and media artists.
