The Lviv community has purchased and transferred 800 FPV kamikaze drones to the Ukrainian military.
This was reported on the city council's website.
The city spent over 14 million hryvnias on purchasing this batch of drones as part of the "Lviv's Revenge" initiative.
They were handed over to various units of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces, which defend Ukraine from Russian forces.
The previous batch of 750 FPV drones was delivered to Ukrainian paratroopers in February.
Last week, the Lviv City Council also handed over to the military a reconnaissance unmanned aerial vehicle system RQ-35 Heidrun with three units.
The purchase of this system amounted to 15.9 million hryvnias.
