The actor called immediately to give Ukrainians everything that Volodymyr Zelensky asks for.
Like many other world celebrities, famous Hollywood actor Mickey Rourke has supported Ukrainians who heroically defend the country from Russian invaders.
In his Instagram, the celebrity said that he could not calmly watch the events that are currently taking place in Ukraine. Innocent Ukrainians die every day, and Zelensky asks to immediately give the country everything it needs to protect itself from the occupiers.
"22,000 elderly,children & their families dead in Mariupol from indiscriminate bombing and missiles.Now to make thing worse Russia is sending over the very notorious general Aleksandr dvornikov He’s reputation is well known during the war with Syria butchering civilians once again the elderly,the children & non combatants civilians.The man is the heartless ruthless butcher. Every day,every fucking day and night the brave and definite of President Of Ukraine Zelenskiy keeps bagging the World for the weapons he needs to defend this country against this mindless nightmare that’s going on day and night in Ukraine." Rourke wrote.
The actor wonders why NATO and the United States are in no hurry to help Ukraine. Mickey emotionally noted that Ukrainians live under constant shelling and bombing. Countries must help Ukraine immediately.
"The Ukrainians are brave and proud people who want to live under democratic existence. We sit around with the roof over our heads,food in the house,going out to dinner,going to movies,taking our children to the park and sleeping at night in our beds,not hiding in the seller underground.But the excuses from the US and the Nato aliases are just words. Words without meaning,words without purpose ,words without urgency. I listen to the news and can’t even eat my dinner watching this carnage,this fucking bloodbath and every night is the same thing. President Zelenskiy bagging the world to send them weapons.Forget about all this shit how you fight fair war or not a fair war.So let’s take off our fucking gloves and give these people everything they need now."
Also the actor shared with the audience his personal stroy.
"My best friend in the world who works with me,his name is Dima,he’s been with me many years and he’s usually a very steady cat,in all these years he’s been with me I’ve never seen fear or worry in his face. Dima has 12 family members who live in Ukraine,i’m not gonna say which cities,but every day and every night i dread that Dima gonna walk in my door and i’m gonna hear that some member of his family has been killed.Yesterday morning Dima came in sat down next to me and without any emotion said to me one of my schoolmates who was 38 yrs old walked across the street to get his cat and he got shot in the back of his head several times."
