The Nomad unit, made up of representatives from the indigenous peoples of the Russian Federation, has become part of the International Legion of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
According to a post on the Main Intelligence Directorate Legion's Telegram channel on Monday,
"The Nomad unit, staffed by representatives of the indigenous peoples of the aggressor country, is now part of the International Legion of the Main Intelligence Directorate."
The creation of the Nomad unit was initiated on December 27, 2024.
