The Pokrovsk direction remains one of the hottest on the front lines. Ukrainian soldiers neutralized 15,000 Russian forces there in the first month of 2025.
This was reported by Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi on Telegram.
The Commander-in-Chief noted that defensive operations continue on the front, particularly aimed at destroying enemy forces and reserves.
Ukrainian defenders continuously inflict losses on the Russian forces, and the Pokrovsk direction remains one of the toughest.
"Just in January of this year, our soldiers neutralized over 15,000 Russian forces here (in the Pokrovsk direction), of which about 7,000 are irreversible," Syrskyi reported. The Commander-in-Chief thanked the Ukrainian soldiers for their resilience, effectiveness, and heroism.
