Security companies and hunters with their own weapons joined in ensuring law and order in the region. Together with law enforcement officers, they will patrol the streets.

The chief of the Odessa military administration Sergey Grinevetsky reported about it.

He said that the military managed to establish contacts with private entities and citizens with hunting weapons. During martial law, they agreed to join the police and terrorist forces patrolling the settlements of Odessa region.

Grinevetsky also noted that no looting and curfew violations had been recorded in the region during the day, and all checkpoints were operating smoothly.
