On the morning of 21 November, during an ongoing air-raid alert, Russian forces attacked Odessa region with strike UAVs, regional governor Oleh Kiper reported.
“Several locations in Odessa and in the region recorded falling debris or impacts without detonation. In particular, in a private residential sector, which caused damage to the roofs and façades of houses, on the 11th floor of an unfinished residential building, and on the territory of a hotel,” Kiper wrote on Telegram.
Later, several more instances of falling debris and impacts without detonation were recorded.
“At least one person was injured. Information on the injured is being clarified,” Kiper wrote.
He specified that in the city of Odessa, residential and non-residential buildings and garages were damaged. Falling debris was also recorded on open territory in a rural area.
Emergency services are working at the sites.
UPDATE
In Odessa, emergency response operations are underway following Russian strikes, including territory inspections and assistance to residents, reported the head of the Odesa City Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak.
“At one location, two people were injured during the daytime attack. One of them was hospitalized in moderate condition. Doctors are providing all necessary assistance. Since last night, a total of seven people have been injured as a result of enemy attacks,” Lysak wrote on his Telegram channel.
He also noted that civilian infrastructure and residential buildings in various parts of the city were damaged.
