Russia struck an administrative building belonging to a DTEK coal company in Pavlohrad on Thursday evening, injuring three people.

DTEK reported the attack on Telegram.

“According to preliminary information, one employee sustained shrapnel wounds. Work is currently underway to deal with the consequences of the enemy attack,” the company said.

DTEK said that Russia has been systematically targeting the company’s facilities. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, DTEK’s thermal power plants have come under more than 230 attacks. The company’s coal facilities in the Dnipropetrovsk region have also been repeatedly targeted.

“Three people were injured in the Russian evening attack on Pavlohrad. Two women and one man received the necessary medical assistance,” Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, wrote on Telegram.

According to him, all three declined hospitalisation.
