Russian troops shelled the civilian infrastructure of the Krasnopillia community in the Sumy region with artillery on February 4, killing one man and injuring another.

This was reported by the regional prosecutor's office on Facebook.

"On February 4, 2025, using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, the Russian forces shelled the civilian infrastructure of the Krasnopillia community in the Sumy district from the territory of the Russian Federation," the statement said.
