Russian forces attacked an energy facility operated by DTEK Odessa Electric Grids and civilian infrastructure in the southern Odessa region overnight.
This was reported on Telegram by Oleh Kiper, head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration.
According to Kiper, a recreational area was also targeted in the attack.
"Four buildings at a disused recreation centre were partially destroyed," the regional governor said.
He added that the Russian attack caused fires, which have since been extinguished.
No casualties have been reported.
