Russian forces are relocating their units from the Prydniprovskyi axis to the Donetsk axis.
This was reported on television by Viktor Trehubov, spokesperson for the operational-strategic grouping of troops "Dnipro."
“They (the Russians ) are forced to transfer, for example, from the Kherson (Prydniprovskyi ) axis to, let’s say, the Donetsk axis. Such cases have already been recorded,” Trehubov noted.
According to him, earlier Russian forces replenished their manpower either from their own reserves or by transferring from the territory of the Russian Federation, while now they are resorting to redeployment along the line of contact.
“This indicates that they are already experiencing problems with personnel resources. Honestly, we have done the same thing, but we fight from the defensive, while they need to attack, and they are waging war primarily by ‘burning through’ people as a resource,” he explained.
He added that the losses sustained by Russian forces during the winter-summer “campaign” have taken a toll, despite Russia’s seemingly unlimited human resources.
