On February 5, the Russian army attacked an unfinished residential building in the Odessa region. A man was killed, and another was seriously injured while passing by during the strike.

This was reported by Odesa Regional Governor Oleh Kiper.

"As a result of a Russian missile attack on an unfinished residential building in the Odessa district, a man has died," Kiper stated.

According to the governor, another man is in critical condition in the hospital.

"Both were passing by the building by chance. Emergency services are working at the scene," he added.

The missile was launched at a low altitude and was not detected by location tracking.
