As a result of Shahed drone strikes on the industrial zone in the Osnoviansky district of Kharkiv, production facilities of several civilian enterprises were damaged.

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synehubov.

"These are civilian industrial facilities, including a confectionery production facility. We are still assessing the damage because there may be several in one building, on different floors, at one location, but according to our current information, it involves about ten enterprises," Synehubov said.

He added that some entrepreneurs would attempt to resume operations.

"We will communicate with people to help them recover. We have already spoken with entrepreneurs engaged in production, and our department will assist with processing documents to apply for grants for refurbishment. This can be up to 8 million UAH. People want to rebuild and continue working in Kharkiv," the head of the regional military administration added.

In total, the city was attacked by 19 Shahed drones across seven locations, resulting in five fires, Synehubov noted. Twenty vehicles were damaged.

"The Russian forces has fully transitioned to using Shahed drones, and they are coming from multiple directions, trying to bypass countermeasures and inflict damage. The strikes are solely targeting civilian infrastructure," the head of the administration said.

Workers from enterprises, municipal services, and emergency responders continue to mitigate the effects of the strikes and handle building damage.
