This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council, Oleksandr Vilkul.
Soon after, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Serhiy Lysak, said:
"A fire broke out. Civil infrastructure is damaged. People may be trapped under the rubble. Information on the consequences is being clarified"
Lysak later updated that the number of casualties had increased to 14.
"Half are in serious condition, the rest are moderately injured," he said.

14 people were rescued from a five-story hotel in Kryvyi Rih, which was hit by a Russian missile.
According to State Emergency Service, on March 5, a Russian missile hit a five-story hotel, causing a fire. Two persons were killed, two were injured, and 14 people were rescued.
Rescuers reported that the stairwell was destroyed, and people may still be trapped.
"Search and rescue operations are ongoing at the scene. The final number of casualties is being determined," added the police of Dnipropetrovsk region.
