The Security Service of Ukraine, with the assistance of the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Commander of the National Guard, uncovered another FSB agent.

The agent was a mobilized serviceman from one of the National Guard brigades stationed in Zaporizhzhia.

According to case materials, the “mole” was leaking information to the Russian forces about one of the strategic defense enterprises in Dnipropetrovsk region, which manufactures explosives and various types of ammunition.

Additionally, he sent the Russian forces data about the National Guard military unit responsible for guarding this facility.

The agent had access to this information because, before mobilization, he personally worked at the enterprise.

The investigation established that the suspect independently contacted the Russian special services and offered secret information in exchange for money.

SSU officers documented the “mole’s” activities and, together with National Guard representatives, detained him.

The investigators of the SBU’s Main Investigation Department charged the suspect under Part 2, Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (state treason committed under martial law).

The offender faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
