The Defense Forces shot down 94 Russian drones overnight, while another 69 were lost on location

On the night of March 29, 2025 (starting at 8:00 PM on March 28), the Russian forces launched an attack with 172 strike drones of the Shahed type and various decoy UAVs from the directions of Millerovo, Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), and Chauda (Crimea).

The air assault was repelled by aviation, air defense missile forces, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and Ukraine's Defense Forces.

As of 8:30 AM, 94 Shahed-type strike drones (and other UAVs) were confirmed shot down over the north, east, and center of the country.

Additionally, 69 decoy drones were lost on location (with no negative consequences).

The Russian attack caused damage in the Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, and Sumy regions.
