The Ministry of Strategic Industries and the British trade association ADS held a defense industry conference attended by 155 Ukrainian, British, Norwegian, and Dutch companies and associations.
This was reported by the Ministry of Strategic Industries.
"On February 12, the Ukraine – United Kingdom, Norway, Netherlands Defense Industry Conference took place. This multilateral event was organized to create a platform for communication between defense companies from Ukraine and three European countries," the statement said.
The conference brought together 155 Ukrainian, British, Norwegian, and Dutch companies and associations. These private and state-owned enterprises represented various sectors of the defense industry. Some of them already have partnership agreements or are in the process of implementing them. Therefore, the conference served as an opportunity to strengthen ties and deepen cooperation.
During the event, more than 150 business meetings were held between industry representatives.
Welcoming the participants, the Minister of Strategic Industries, Herman Smetanin, emphasized that each of the represented countries is regarded by Ukraine as a long-term and promising partner in the defense industry.
