In Wroclaw, a modern cuisine restaurant called "Nai" has been opened under a franchise from Ukraine.

The restaurant was opened by two 22-year-old Ukrainians, Mark and Vitaliy, who also serve as the manager and head chef of the establishment.

The co-founder and brand chef of the franchise is Volodymyr Yaroslavsky. The menu includes dishes like shrimp-stuffed cabbage rolls, fermented elderberry tartare, green gazpacho with stracciatella, "lazy" potato dumplings with mushrooms and mozzarella, and Chicken Kyiv cutlet. Yaroslavsky mentions that the menu is adapted for both Ukrainians and residents of other countries.

The restaurant has undergone a technical opening for now, with an official opening planned for a later date. The technical opening is being conducted to fine-tune the processes with minimal occupancy in the dining area and to avoid any mishaps, as explained by brand chef Volodymyr Yaroslavsky.

"Everything went better than we expected. Within 10 minutes of opening, a queue had formed, and unfortunately, not everyone was able to get in these days," he comments. According to him, among the restaurant's visitors, 60% are Ukrainians, and 40% are Poles.

Yaroslavsky added that under the "Nai" franchise, they plan to open a minimum of 100 restaurants in 30 cities worldwide, including Ukraine. They are currently preparing for openings in Prague and New York.

In March, Chef Volodymyr Yaroslavsky announced the launch of "Nai" Ukrainian cuisine restaurants in 30 cities worldwide. The restaurants abroad will operate under a franchising model: anyone interested can open a "Nai" restaurant in their respective country (except for Russia and Belarus), with Yaroslavsky's team providing assistance and support for the business's development.
