Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov announced the arrival of an additional 10 million euros in aid from Lithuania for the production of modern Ukrainian long-range weapons.

This was mentioned on Umerov's Facebook page.

"10 million euros – this is how much the Lithuanian Ministry of National Defense has directed towards the production of modern Ukrainian long-range weapons. This is the result of the first tranche under the Memorandum of Understanding signed in December 2024. This weapon is already working effectively on the frontlines – enhancing our range, accuracy, and power," the minister noted.

As Umerov informed,

"Together with our Lithuanian partners, we are working on the next stage – another 10 million euros in aid, which will allow us to expand production and further strengthen our long-range capabilities."

According to him,

"This is a strategic investment in Ukraine's strength, our independence, and the security of all of Europe."

Umerov thanked the government and people of Lithuania for their decisive support, strategic vision, and real contribution to Ukraine's victory.
