According to the lawsuit of the Odesa Regional Prosecutor's Office, the court returned to the state property the property of the association of sanatorium-resort facilities in the Kuyalnyk resort, worth about UAH 1 billion.
In court, the Prosecutor proved that the company illegally registered the ownership of the premises of the sanatorium with an area of ​​more than 100,000 square meters.
The prosecutors appealed to the court, but the Prosecutor's claim was rejected. The South-Western Appellate Commercial Court overturned the court's decision of the first instance and adopted a new decision, declaring the decision of the registrars illegal and canceling it, and recognized ownership by the state in the form of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
The Prosecutor's office ensures the execution of the court decision.
