On the Mariupol front, Russian forces have deployed an additional 10 thousand militants. Newly contracted personnel will be at the front lines within a few weeks.

This information is reported by the Telegram channel of Mariupol Deputy Mayor Petro Andryushenko.

According to Andryushenko, the map below highlights areas where Russian forces have recently stationed new units over the past one and a half to two weeks. Currently, they are transporting equipment and gear to these locations.

"This is in addition to those who were already based or preparing in the territory of Mariupol and the surrounding area. Here, there are an additional not less than 10 thousand occupiers - contractors. Within a week or two, they will be on the front lines, and new ones will replace them," notes the advisor to the Mayor of Mariupol.

He points out that the movement of Russian personnel and their equipment continues despite difficult weather conditions on the road.

"In small groups, trucks are moving to new bases. Melykine. Yalta. Yuriivka, Urzuf," informs Andryushenko.

According to him, the Russians are again increasing the pace of preparation to the level of last year before the start of the Bahmut Offensive.

"In general, we see an increase in bases and accommodation locations by at least 50 percent since September within the triangle of Mariupol-Berdiansk-Rozivka," Andryushenko noted.

He also reported that the Russian forces have resumed training with small arms artillery. After a short December break, the training ground near the village of Babah-Tarama is operational with this type of weaponry every day.

"So, again from North Korea, not only ballistic but also a new batch of shells has arrived," concluded Andryushenko.
