The Ukrainian Agribusiness Club (UCAB) has officially joined the European Policy Centre (EPC) — one of the most influential independent think tanks of the European Union, which plays a key role in shaping the EU’s political agenda.
This was reported by the association on Facebook.
“EPC is an independent, non-profit organization that promotes European integration through in-depth analysis, public discussions, and support for evidence-based decision-making at all levels of government. The centre serves as a platform for dialogue among representatives of political institutions, business, academia, and civil society, aimed at discussing Europe’s future,” the association clarified.
They added that UCAB’s joining the EPC opens new opportunities to advance the interests of the Ukrainian agrarian sector at the European level. This membership will allow more active influence on the formation of EU agricultural and trade policies, participation in key discussions on climate change, food security, and sustainable development, as well as facilitate expanding professional networks within the European Union.
“Moreover, this is another important step towards deeper integration with the EU and increasing the recognition of Ukrainian business as a responsible and reliable partner in the common European space,” UCAB concluded.
