The Ukrainian national team in artistic swimming won gold at the World Cup held at the Egyptian resort of Soma Bay.
According to Ukrainian Synchronized Swimming, the Ukrainian athletes debuted a new routine in the acrobatic group event and earned a winning score of 200.0911 points from the judges.
This marks the team’s first victory of the season.
The championship team included: Ivanna Burba, Oleksandra Horetska, Ulyana Hrynishyna, Mariia Zachepa, Mariia Zdorovtsova, Alisa Kulyk, Daria Moshynska, and Anastasiia Shmonina.
Italy took silver with 187.0263 points, while China claimed bronze with 186.8288.
