Pavlo Ostrikov's film U Are The Universe won two major awards at the Paris International Fantastic Film Festival:
- Œil d'or long-métrage international — "Golden Eye" for Best Feature Film, as voted by the audience.
- Prix Ciné+Frisson long-métrage — the award from the channel Ciné+Frisson.
The 13th Paris International Fantastic Film Festival (PIFFF) took place from December 4 to 10 in Paris. PIFFF is an annual festival dedicated to science fiction, thrillers, horror, and animation. Since its founding in 2011, it has become one of the key events for genre film fans worldwide.
The screening of U Are The Universe took place on December 7.
The film was created with the support of the State Film Agency of Ukraine and produced by ForeFilms, a co-production between Ukraine and Belgium.
