Over 5,100 new jobs will be created through the registration of six new industrial parks in Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Volyn, Ternopil, Odesa, and Vinnytsia regions. The government approved the inclusion of the parks BIOSENS, STAN-INVEST, LYUBLYNETS, Zboriv, ODESA NOVA PARK, and INTEGRAL in the Industrial Parks Registry at its session on August 26, 2025.
“Industrial parks are an important tool for economic recovery and job creation in the regions. Each new park represents production capacity, modern infrastructure, investment attraction, and development of local communities. The state continues to support investors through the ‘State Incentive Programme for the Creation of Industrial Parks,’ reimbursing part of the costs for engineering and transport infrastructure. This significantly reduces barriers for launching new production facilities,” said Vitalii Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.
Industrial park details:
- BIOSENS (Stepankivska Hromada, Cherkasy district, Cherkasy region) – 29.7 ha, focusing on agricultural processing, food production, logistics, agrotechnology, feed production, and energy. Up to 500 jobs and nearly UAH 970 million in investment are planned.
- STAN-INVEST (Oleksandriia, Kirovohrad region) – 11.6 ha, focused on mechanical engineering, metal processing, metal structures, equipment repair, and engineering design services. Plans include 250 jobs and UAH 323 million in investment.

- ZBORIV (Zboriv, Ternopil region) – 15.5 ha, prioritizing beverage production, agro-processing, food and non-food manufacturing, and warehousing/logistics. Expected to create 250 jobs and attract UAH 232 million in investment.
