Ukraine's First Deputy Minister of Defense, Serhiy Boyev, held a phone conversation with the Director of Defense Policy at the Swedish Ministry of Defense, Viktoria Hjort Malmer.
One of the main topics discussed was the content of security aid packages and maximizing their delivery in 2025.
The parties also discussed cooperation in attracting investments to Ukraine’s defense industry and the development of joint projects between Ukrainian and Swedish companies.
Victoria Malmér informed about the status of investments from Sweden in Ukraine's defense sector, particularly through the "Danish model."
"The Ukrainian defense industry has practical experience in rapid scaling and evolution, so we are interested in integrating it into the European ecosystem. Sweden's support in this is crucial for us," noted First Deputy Minister of Defense Serhiy Boyev.
